It is the first Maison de champagne. Founded in 1729. Chardonnay is the golden thread of Ruinart flavor and the aromatic freshness of the wines. Les Crayères, aging wines in chalk cellars offering the triple benefit of: - constantly stable temperature, - total absence of vibrations and perfect humidity level, ideal conditions for the fermentation and maturation of Ruinart wines.

The sheen of a pale golden yellow with light green undertones. Effervescence with a persistent and linear release of fine and delicate bubbles.
NOSE
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has a surprisingly intense and fresh first nose. Notes of lemon and grapefruit that combine wonderfully with aromas of pineapple and passion fruit underlined by fresh spices such as ginger and cardamom. The secondary aromas reveal a subtle and floral nose with notes of white jasmine and lime along with ripe white peach. These aromas are slightly enhanced by pepper and pink peppercorn notes, which add a fresh spicy sweetness.
PALATE
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is intensely aromatic and offers a round and unexpectedly sensual palate with flavors ranging from juicy ripe peach and pear to exotic pineapple. The sensation in the mouth reveals an excellent and very refreshing finish, based on notes of citrus with a slight touch of bitterness (citron, white grapefruit) that is surprisingly pleasant. The whole is pure, clean and precise, and offers the palate the pleasure of a harmonious wine.
Gastronomic pairings with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs.
It is an excellent accompaniment to crustaceans and shellfish and is perfect with sea bass or sea bream tartare. It also pairs very well with sole.
