Put the bottle of Moët in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. 8 degrees Celsius is the optimal temperature to enjoy champagne. Enjoy it in a large glass of white wine or a flute. While you enjoy the champagne, it is best to keep the bottle chilled on ice in an ice bucket. If you don't want to finish the entire bottle in one sitting, it can keep overnight, but be sure to cap the bottle tightly to preserve the bubbles.
