Dom Pérignon Rosé is a unique Vintage, which reveals another daring facet of Dom Pérignon. The 2003 is fresh and intense on the nose, but smooth and warm on the palate.
TASTING NOTE
NOSE
The bouquet unfolds through bright sweet floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark notes of spices and licorice root. .
PALATE
The wine is still physical. It is compelling, palpable and vibrant rather than aromatic. Rhythm and tempo dominate more than melody. At first soft and delicate, then with force and authority, it reveals itself to be mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness and an iodized, saline flavor.
