Ice Impérial, the first champagne created to be enjoyed on ice . A new experience of fresh and fun sensations that remains true to the Moet & Chandon style.

Serve at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees. Add large ice cubes. Ideal to take now. It can be stored for 1 year. Freely add custom flavors: fresh mint leaves, grapefruit zest.

Grape Variety/Assemblage

  • 40 to 50% Pinot Noir
  • 30 to 40% Meunier
  • 10 to 20% Chardonnay

SIGHT

Dense color: deep gold. With amber touches.

NOSE

A fruity and intense nose: The powerful fruity flavors of tropical fruits: mango and guava. The bounty of stone fruits: nectarine. An original note of raspberry and wild currant.

PALATE

A generous palate that combines roundness and freshness: The broad, meaty and voluptuous flavor of a fresh fruit salad. The captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly. The refreshing acidity of grapefruit and notes of ginger.

Pairing and enjoyment

Over ice with mint, lime zest or white grapefruit.
